What is a Coordinator?

It’s finally here, the day you’ve been planning, working and paying for. On your special day you should not have to worry about anything anymore. That’s where I come in. I work for you! Not the venue.

I take away the “day of” worries. Because do you really want to spend your wedding day taking calls from the florist who is stuck in traffic? Or the band that should already be set up? If you’re a DIY bride, you’ve done enough! Let me help.

I will be there to help out with the little snags along the way to keep your day running smoothly. From a groomsman forgot to brush his teeth to being the main point of contact for the venue, I’ve got you covered. I am the Point of Contact, so you can focus on enjoying your day.

I will work with your venue and vendors to have everyone set up in the right places at the right times. My job description is to have everything running according to your timeline and to handle any mishaps discreetly.

I’ll help serve the food and fill champagne glasses, bustle the dress or even help stall if the DJ is running late.

I’m not a full service planner. That’s why my rates are so affordable. Though different tiers of service are offered, you won’t find me trying to upsell you. If you want to be hand off and let someone else handle it all, you’re in the wrong place.
