There’s no “call for pricing” here. We’re here to make your life easier, not give you one more thing on your TO-DO list.
These services are designed so you can enjoy the wedding day without stressing about the decorating, timelines or communication with vendors.
Bronze: $650
The Bronze Package is best suited for the couple who is booking a coordinator less than 9 months out from their wedding date. This is for the couple who has planned and DIY’d most of their own stuff but would like someone there on the day of to ensure things move smoothly.

Silver: $1150
The Silver Package is for the couple who is booking 9-15 months before their wedding date. This is for the couple who needs a little extra help staying on track with monthly check-ins, reviewing other vendor contracts and aiding in the creation of the wedding day timeline.

Gold: $2,500
The Gold Package is the most comprehensive package. It includes having a coordinator with you for the majority of the day and is the only package to include “End of Night Tear Down”. The couple is still in charge of all major decisions and bookings but the Coordinator is there to check in monthly, keep the couple on pace to complete everything and provide backup in deficiencies from the other vendors. The Gold Package helps ensure that your wedding day is stress-free. You just show up and get married!

Set up ceremony chairs, prepare guestbook, etc.

Travel and Lodging Fees are not included in the package price. If you are outside of the Duluth area please be sure to include that information for the most accurate quote.
The Essential Bag travels within 40 miles of Duluth without a fee! Check out some venues that are included in our area under VENDORS
Additional Services Available
Second Coordinator- $450
If you feel a second day of coordinator is needed, this can be added to any package. You will not incur double fees for travel and lodging.
The option of a second coordinator is available, your coordinator will discuss with you whether this is something you should consider.
A second coordinator is typically 8 hours of service.
(Included in Gold Package)
Rehearsal Dinner Attendance- $150
Your coordinator won’t typically come to the rehearsal dinner unless asked to do so. Many brides feel more comfortable with the coordinator coming early to meet people and get a feel for the venue. If you would like the coordinator to attend the rehearsal or rehearsal dinner it is an additional fee. If the rehearsal dinner is the night before the wedding, a second night’s lodging fee may be required.
Extra Hour of Day of Coordination- $85/ hour

Maybe you don’t need everything listed in the gold package, but still want your coordinator for 12 hours, or maybe you want your coordinator for 14 hours? Whatever it is, we can make it work. An extra hour of coordination is available in the contract or by verbal agreement day of.
*For every six hours the coordinator works there must be a 15 minute break available.
Should you want it, The Essential Bag has a few program designs you can choose from to be customized for your special day. Printing and proof-reading is up to you.

The Essential Bag is located in Duluth, MN. Any weddings within 40 miles of the 55807 area code will not incur a travel or lodging fee.
Travel outside over 40 miles will be charged at the rate of $0.75/ per mile roundtrip.
Venues located more than 50 miles will be charged a lodging fee of $100-$150 for either the night before (for early weddings) or the night of.
A deposit of 20% is all you need to lock in your date. This non-refundable deposit ensures The Essential Bag does not book any other weddings on that date.
